Message: I bought a Janis Joplin and the Holding Company record at this place, many years ago when it was a second hand shop. Ray and his wife Cheryl were dear friends of mine 30 years ago, when I lived in Tillamook. Cheryl was my lifeguard instructor and remains one of my heros to this day. If anyone sees this message and happens to go into this coffee shop, could you please tell Ray, Hi! for me. And, let him know that he and his wife are in both in my memories and in my heart.. this place will be the first I come to visit when I get back there, someday.

Message: Found the coffee shop on google, loved the quirky photos and decided to give it a try. After walking in and realizing there was no one there to serve us we decided to go to the coffee shop access the street (Sara Sota’s whom are great and have actual coffee and good food). Asked them about the low down on the 2nd street coffee shop and they said it’s more of a hang out spot for locals and has been around the longest. There is technically coffee there however you have to get it yourself and it’s only drip coffee. Loved the vibes, but again not an actual coffee shop. Gave 5 stars because love the work he does and an overall new enjoyably funny experience that my friends and I will talk about forever.

Message: Ray was sweet and funny, the drip coffee was good and he included me in some interesting conversation with other locals. Cash only, so don’t plan on using plastic or iAnything.

Message: Quirky little joint with stuff everywhere and an abundance of personality. Barista was rude to my friend who made the unfortunate mistake of asking for a "caramel macchiato", which triggered the barista into a rant about Starbucks adulterating the names of coffee (which is not untrue). After he was finished he worked with her to get her a drink she would enjoy and it was good. His rudeness was almost charming because it came out of pride for his coffee.
